Does anyone know about the internal software error: .\TranscodeVideo.cpp, line 200 -2
I'm trying to burn a simple slide show with music and I can't even burn an image.
The folks at Roxio don't have a clue, they only know how to work the credit card machine when you make the purchase.
Somebody Help!

just a slide show? no menus? how many slides? what is the audio you are using? how many audio tracks?

Just slide shows. Lots of pictures with an audio track under each slide show. Total of 6 slideshows.
The preview works fine. Only problem occurs when trying to burn.
