Use the Toast Media browser to extract the titles from each of the mini DVDs by dragging them to the Video window with DVD video selected as the format. Choose DVD with the top button of the Media Browser and the content of the mini disc will appear in the browser window.

Thank you for your reply.
Doesn't that mean the 3 mini DVDs have to be imported onto my hard drive which would take a long time and a lot of space?

It doesn't take much time or space to basically copy the MPEG files from the mini-discs. There is no encoding that takes place. But yes it does mean the video must be copied to the hard drive first before Toast can author and burn it to a new video DVD.
