Please helpme if any one can. I am not able to open my roxio creator if I am not connected to internet. when I am off line and if I tries to open roxio , a message windows appears and says roxio creator stopped working and windows collecting information regarding.But after some time that window itself will close . so please help me in getting the software opened and operational while I am offline.

This is a known issue with some of the OEM versions - you would need to contact the supplier/equipment manufacturer.
