When I click the Toast button in EyeTV and then burn the program to a DVD-RW, then I play that disk (either in my iMac's drive or in my DVD player), the content frequently skips, as if chunks of the video were missing. The program recordings play fine within EyeTV. I have tried both quick and slow erasures in Toast, and have tried burning with the iMac's drive and a LaCie external drive.
I am using Toast 7.1.2 Titanium and EyeTV 2.5.1. Thanks. - Paul

One possibility is to try a different brand of DVD-RW media. A workaround to test is to export the EyeTV video as an MPEG program stream and add file to Toast, rather than adding the video directly from EyeTV. May not make a difference but it's worth a try.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
