Hi there

I am kind of new to roxio 9.0 media creator.

I am right now working on a home made movie project using mydvd and videowave.

Mydvd is working properly UNTIL I change menu backgroumd and audio using videowave. The problem I encounter is, after changing the menu and audio, when I click the DVD menu button on Mydvd it becomes non responsive and the error message comes that it is non responsive and needs to be close..And it asks to send error report to microsoft using error reporting utility.

I am not sure where to troubleshoot and solve this problem..Is anyone has this issue?

Let me know your expert opinions in this matter.  Thanks in advance..

Your system is near the bottom of the requirments and with 512mb ram, some things will not work as well. Some important things to try---makes sure your video drivers and directx is up to date and keep your hard drive defragged.
Please check and see if you are using hardware or software rendering (Tools/Options) and switch to the opposite of what it is set for and see if that makes any difference.
