My DVD 9 CD key

my laptop crashed about a week ago iv lost my cd sleve with myy key on it they say they dont have it how can ii get it

If you registered your software, go to roxio.com and click on support then product registration and your key will be listed with the product you registered.

Your "me too" thread is NOT the same as the OP's.  You lost your key, but you can see it by going to the main Roxio website.  Click on My Account, top right of page, then log in, and you will see all of the software that you registered and the CD keys that go with the programs.

thank you but iv done that and it says i have no roxio products althoug i have a lot of them . it like they were never put in here but they were but there no record of them so now what do i do.

I guess that in this case, there was a good reason to register the software.

i did back about 7 months ago when i bought them i even still have the recits from staples where i got them from but still no key

will any key from mydvd 9 work on this or does it have to be the one that came with it

A previously registered key will not allow you to re-register unless you know the e-mail and password of the original installation and, if it isn't registered, you won't be able to obtain any automatic updates
