You'll need to start by providing some information if your looking for someone to offer you some help with whatever problem you are actually having.Information such as what version of what Roxio or Sonic program you have, what steps/options you are taking when making a DVD, what your system specs are, what kind of disc you are burning to, etc... Our crystal balls are not working today.
