Hi...have bought Backontrack 3 and have install issue...starts to install but after some time when it comes to the Rolling Back install, the install stops with ' Roxio wizard was interupted', thats it, no reason why or what..
Tried several times with antivirus etc turned off, and was wondering if anyone has had this problem? just spent £37 on this product, just begining to ask myself why)

Steve,  I was finally able to get B.O.T. installed but it involved backing up and saving all my data and installation files, etc. then bringing my computer back to it's original factory state and re-installing all data and programs. Roxsio did respond to my ticket with the only advice to turn the virus scanner off which I had already done. It was an incredible hassle as you can imagine, but I will say the program does work as advertised when finally installed.

Roxsio needs to learn customer service and fast. They need operators (live) and toll free numbers, not pay for minute tech support. I couldn't believe that!!

Good luck with your installation..

But remember to install Back on Track BEFORE your other applications and AFTER you allow windows to update immediately after restoring your computer. Get virus scanner and firewall install programs ready on your desktop immediately after B.O.T install and then run them.
