And how much free and degragged space do you have on your C drive?  What else do you have running at the same time?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Howie,

Are you running EMC 9 Suite or EMC 9 Deluxe?  If you are running EMC 9 Suite, have you installed the patch to bring 9.0 up to 9.1?

Another cause of insufficient memory is the pagefile settings - with 2 GB of RAM, set it to 4 GB for both maximum and minimum values (rather than let Windows do it automatically - it never does get it right)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

If you aren't running any Roxio suite, what program are you running, when you get the error?  You're not making much sense right now.

Go to Control Panel, System, Advanced. Performance, settings, advanced and Virtual Memory is at the bottom of that - click 'change' and 'custom size - enter the value there for min and max (4096 MB)
