I'm getting an error messaage when attempting to copy cd's that the E drive is in use by another user. I've logged the other user out, turned the PC off/on and am still getting the message. Roxio is not responding when logged onto the other user. I've deleted the other user and am still getting the original message. Can anybody please help.
