Support seems to be nil for this product. I just want a good product that I can set up photos and burn them to CDs, so I can keep from losing my photos. Therefore, I did not see the value in spening another $70.00 dollars to upgrade to EMC 10.0 Support for my project has been nil and the one time I try to send e-mails to support they keep asking me to log in when in fact I am already logged in and when I enter the information again, nothing happens. It would be nice if there was an 800 number to contact someone for help. All i really want is a simple program to organize and save photos.............

Help!!...............

I think you left out the part about what you tried to do, to burn a CD, already. What you want to do can easily be done with the built in burning program in XP.

Could you please explain some more about what type of formatting you are suggesting ? Also, what type of "order" are you wanting when you burn them ?

If you are just burning a "Data" disc of photos, use "Creator Classic".

Sorry about that .. I have Windows XP Home Edition.. 7.0 and am simply trying to Format pictures in any kind of order that I can control. If I could just place them in Classic when I am formatting and they would stay in that order when I burn to the CD that would be fine. Also, the Preview window does not seem to be working in the Data Disc Project. In other words when I click on the photo it will not preview. Is there something I need to do to correct this? I have tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling my Easy Media 7.0.....Lee
