Just got a blackberry pearl a couple days ago and I installed the blackberry desktop manager. After doing so all applications work except for the media manger. when I click into it i get one of those error report messages that reads "MediaManager9 Module has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." i tried un-installing and then re-installing and I also tried to repair the program. Both lead to the same problem. Hopefully someone has experienced the same problem and has some answers. Thanks

Type blackberry, in the search box, upper right on your screen.  You will get a ton of hits.

That's probably all you are going to find, here.  These forums are more suited to folks who run the full versions of the software, and don't use the software that came with cell phones and blackberries.

I bought a Blackberry Pearl a couple of weeks ago, installed the Desktop Manager and am having the exact same problem with the Medial Manager as the original posting.  I get the exact same error message.  I didn't see any suggestions for help.  Does anyone have an answer?  I have posted a ticket about 4 days ago and no one has responded from Roxio.  Is there any help out there?
