can anyone get me that file, i tried the tutorial to restore but my roxio doesnt have the option to repair...i need that DivXDec.ax dile please!...some1 help

That file is installed when you install the suite (it's not on the CD in that form) - navigate in the Program CD to the DivX folder and, if you run DivXPlay_ISV, that should install it for you
Or do a repair installation from Control Panel, Add/Remove programs
