Using Window XP Home and have successfully used Creator 7 to write DVD's. Drag-to-Disc worked Problems started when Drag-to-Disc failed to load because of "misisng compentents" Could not load Creator 7 program.

Tried paid support and Clean install recommended. Didn't install. Program removal does not remove and will not reinstall.

Afraid to purchase newer version for fear of same problem.

Can someone help me find how to install my retail disc of Creator 7 with code?

First off you may want to remove your e-mail address.

When you followed the clean install instructions did you use Windows Install Cleanup Utility also?If not go to Microsoft and download and run it.It helps remove some of the files associated with the original install routine. This may clear the problem.
