I've had the software for about a year. I gave up when it kept freezing on encoding. Apparently I had a corrupted user profile. I've reinstalled. Now I get the error above whether directly to disc or to iso.
I have a Micron PC
Inte Pentium 2.00 Ghz
1.00 GB of ram
Thanks for any an all suggestions.

And your video adapter is?
Have you updated the drivers for your video adapter and Directx?
What is your operating system?
