Can anyone give me the link to download this registry patch. gi7omy I had ro re-install the product and I still get the blocked driver issue running vista 32 bit thanks.

It's probably Drag to Disc - uninstall that (it's a separate entry in add/remove programs)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

It was probably a Dell patch (it doesn't work all the time). You could try the 9.1 update which will also remove D2D from your computer.
D2D is NOT recommended with Vista (it has its own built-in packet writing system)
