I need tech support for my Easy Media creator 9 (it won't run at all).  But when I go to the website & click Contact Technical Support, I'm taken here:
http://selfserve.roxio.com/Login.aspx

where I'm asked to log in.  The site won't accept my login & password, no matter what I do.

Yes, I have done the usual "i forgot my password" thing.  I reset it.  I re-logged in at the main screen, and logged in here.  But i cannot login at the tech support screen.

is the site down?  What's going on?

I just checked it and it does work, but it seems to be badly lagged (took over 30 seconds to open)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Indeed, the customer service rep had to reset my password, then it worked for me.  Thanks!
