I have VideoWave 7 Professional. When I add a new title in the DVD Builder, the "space left" bar at the bottom indicates that the title has been added, but the menu button does not appear on the screen. Then it won't let me add any more titles. Can You Help??!??!?!

Roll back Internet Explorer 7 to Internet Explorer 6, and roll back Windows Media Player 11 to WMP 10 or 9.

You're welcome.  Disable auto updates for Windows, or you might get it again.

I realize this is an old issue but it seems to be all over the place when you Google the problem. I have Easy Creator 7.5 and when I try to use DVD Builder it won't allow me to add titles or pictures. Yes I have downloaded the latest Microsoft versions of Explorer and Media Player. What does that have to do with anything? Has Bill Gates, the ultimate Snake Oil salesman, done it to us again?

Yes.  Plus of course, Roxio wants to sell you another compatible version.  wink.gif

1) It just does and unless you are a Microsoft programmer, then it would be too long to explain.  Consider them as add-on to the program that are not compatible.
2)Yes

IE 7 and WMP 11 were designed for Vista.  The first version fully Vista compatible is EMC 10 although most people can get along with EMC 9.1.

You are about 2.5 version behind on EMC and years ahead with those two Microsoft products.  Why would you expect it to work?

Or was that a rhetorical question?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

The advice is the same as above..... remove IE 7, restart your computer and XP will reinstall IE 6.

The problem you have with not being able to add pictures or movies to DVD Builder is a result of Internet Explorer 'breaking' EMC 7+.
