Roxio Community
I have Roxio from my purchase of a blackberry. All other apps open except Roxio. The message is:
C++ runtime library error.
Runtime error!
The app Roxiomediamanager9.exe was closed by this app
So looking around...the only thing I came up with was some programs do not work with Roxio. Ex.- Easy Disc Creator...
Any ideas from anyone????

Do a repair install of the program using Windows Control Panel Add or Remove programs, Make sure you are installing to a clean and defragged hard drive with everything turned off including your anti-malware and antivirus. Search the forum for other help-. There is a thread two down from this (at the time of posting).
