I posted a Capture video problem and was given a ticket number plus a request for me to run dxdiag and sumbit the results. Since the e-mail from Roxio was noreply I updated the ticket infowith the dxdiag run. No further reply from from Roxio except spam ads to my e-mail. Who in his right mind would buy anything else from an outfit like Roxio????

Take a look at those spam e-mails, that is where your answer is (will be). There is a knowledge base article on this and another poster yesterday found his Roxio response in the spam box.
