Half Hearted response from support on Roxio ticket 492280

I posted a Capture video problem and was given a ticket number plus a request for me to run dxdiag and sumbit the results. Since the e-mail from Roxio was noreply I updated the ticket infowith the dxdiag run.   No further reply from from Roxio except spam ads to my e-mail. Who in his right mind would buy anything else  from an outfit like Roxio????

Take a look at those spam e-mails, that is where your answer is (will be).  There is a knowledge base article on this and another poster yesterday found his Roxio response in the spam box. blink.gif
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
