You should be able to just connect to your computer with the USB plug, and Windows should see it as a drive. Then, just copy the files to a folder on your hard drive.

Was there nothing in your owners manual telling you how to get the movies to your computer?

I've got a JVC hard drive camcorder and creator 10. I've uploaded everything from my camcorder to a folder on my pc, creator will find my photos but i get the "No Media files that match the filter settings" if I try to find my video clips. It's also the same if I directly plug my camcorder into the pc. Could you please make the answer simple for me to understand 'cos I'm a bit of a beginner, thanks.
