I can watch WMV files with Windoz Media Player.  I even cleanly back-leveled to WMP 10 from WMP 11.  I have the latest NVIDIA drivers.  I've done a clean install of EMC9 after deinstalling all virus and anti-malware software.  I still can't see the video layer of WMV files in EMC9's My DVD.

I can run the video converter function and "convert" the WMV into a native DVD folder structure.

I then rename the VOB's to MPG then use those MPG as input to My DVD for chapter and editing.

Why can't I get the WMVs to be recognized directly in MyDVD?
