I have some XVid encoded video files (I used GSpot to determine the codec) that I would like to create a DVD with in MyDVD 9. When I go to the file to add it to the current project, it has the 'red circle with slash' forbidden symbol by the file.

Can anyone tell me how to add the XVid codec into MyDVD 9? I looked at the post by MTolman about the DivX codec issue but don't think that this is the same issue.

Thanks!

Download the xvid codec, reboot and it should allow you to import xvid files in EMC.
