Added specs, please someone answer my last question, do I need the Sonic encoders and decoders?  This is driving me crazy!!  I don't think that this program is returnable to Best Buy because it has a serial number


I have 4.24Gb left on my local C hard drive but my newest hard drive is empty, I try to install the program to that HD but it doesn't work:(

I'm also in trouble. I followed the guidelines to Clean uninstall Easy Media Creator 9 although I cant't find the MY Computer icon (I'm runnig Vista Home premium.   The program appears to load ok but when using my dvd to burn a video it gets as far cleaning a used RW disc and then freezes Can somebody tell me how to get to the hiden files that the guide says should be deleted, also because my computer knowledge is very very limited I used a program called Regcure to clean the registy, is that good enough?

I'd be extreamly grateful if somebody could guide me to my computer or the equivalent in vista
