Roxio and Nero

Installed a Memorex MRX-530L CD/DVD Recorder to replace old CD/DVD Recorder. When I started to install the Nero Software there was a warning to uninstall Roxio to avoid conflicts with the Nero Software. For obvious reasons this is not possible.

Is there truly a problem?

What the Nero install failed to say was, there will be a conflict with InCD and Roxio's Drag to Disc, both of which are packet writing software programs, neither of which are needed.

Without those programs, both Nero and Roxio can reside on the same computer, without conflict.

You are welcome. You can actually have Roxio's Drag to Disc, OR Nero's InCD installed, but not both of them. You can only have one packet writing program on your computer, at one time. I have opted to never have either one on my computer.
