OK here is the problem.  I had emc 9 installed and fully working on my computer and for some stupid reason I updated to emc 10.  WHAT A MISTAKE!!  After a whole weekend trying to get it to install following all the insturctions of the discussion I still could not get it to work so I asked for a refund and tonight I installed my emc 9 again and guess what.  It did not fully load.  under the video, photo and backup it now just has an upgrade to emc 10.  This really stinks.  FYI  I did the clean install had my antivirus off and followed the other instructions that were given.  Now I have a copy of EMC 9 that does not fully function.  What a Burn!!
