how can i convert my VCDs to DVD with a help of easy media creator 8

You can import (capture) the video back onto your computer and start from there but the damage has already been done; the visual clarity will be lousy.  You are better of if the person who made the vcd starts with a DVD project from the start.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
