When I go to roxio.com there is a dropdown list of countries. It would appear that people at Roxio do not want anyone to select Canada as a country. What gives....
This blocks me out of being able to take part in the HD sweepstakes mad.gif
Also There is a problem loggin in at http://selfserve.roxio.com/
Did I made a mistake in buying a Roxio product?

I don't think Canada is part of that promotion as are a number of other countries.  I'm sure it's not personal!
I've never been able to log in to the link you point to and often wondered if it's an old one that's never been changed so you're not the only one.

I have no problems loggin in to the selfserve site   http://selfserve.roxio.com/

Ireland isn't included either - and like the others. I have no problem logging in to selfserve
