What happens when you try and open it?
There could be a problem with the installation.Try a repair.Go to Control Panel,Add/Remove programs, scroll down to Roxio EMC9 and click on it.When the box changes click on Change.Hit next for a couple screens till you see one that has Modify,Repair and Remove.Make sure Repair is checked and hit next.Once it's done reboot and then try it again.

Glad you got it working.
Sometimes weird things happen with computers and programs get screwed up.The best thing to do then is try and do a repair or just reinstall them.Fortunately, this time the repair worked. smile.gif
