I just got a new computer and it came with Roxio Creator DE 9.0. My old computer had Roxio Creator 8.0 and it had a button labeled Copy DVD movie. The Roxio I now has does not have that button. Is that something that I get when I UPGRADE? I can't use my Roxio 8.0 on the new machine because it has Vista on it and Roxio 8.0 is not compatible with that operating system.

You likely have an OEM or Basic version of Roxio which is a cut down version. v9 has Disc Copier while v10 has Video Copy and Convert but neither will copy a commercial cd.

You propably got a Dell computer which means that you have an OEM version of EMC 9 (the DE usually identifies EMC as a Dell OEM version). OEM version are almost allways a limited version of the full retail version. If you are going to upgrade, you might as well go to the latest version which is EMC 10.
