I bought a shrink-wrapped Toast 7 box sometime ago from a retailer, and loaded it onto my iBook G4. It loaded with a lot of noise, and Toast worked just fine.

Then I had to format my hard drive and reload OS X ... which I did. However, when I tried loading the Toast 7 program from the CD (many months after the original purchase), the CD refuses to work. Since this is a physical purchase NOT a digital one, WHERE do I get the software from to reload onto my Mac?

Support sends me a standard email asking that I download the latest update, BUT I DONT NEED THE UPDATE.

Help!! ...

Toast updates have been known to be replacement packages, so a downloaded update would be the full software for you.
