Grrrrrrrrr....Just got a brand-new HP machine running Windows Vista Home Premium.  I went to label a DVD (3 DVDs actually) and the results were...awful.

The first one didn't print at all; just got a greyish smear. So, I reloaded the disc, cut out all the graphics, and did a text-only label.  Well, it came out faint and faded, and rather uneven.

Then the labeler crashed.

Restarted it and tried the second disc.  Same bad results; parts of the text were faded out.

Last disc also printed very faintly and badly.

Yes, I ran the diagnostics tool and it said everything was OK.  I don't think it's the actual drive.  Has anyone else had this issue?
