After installing Easy Media Creator 10 Suite, every time I start up the computer I get a message that says: HP Cue Status has stopped working. I cannot change the margins on any print jobs, it has narrow left & bottom, and wide top & right and you cannot change them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, but nothing works.
I've contacted HP and they cannot help, so am trying here. Its very annoying to have this error message come up at every startup.
Can anyone help me with any suggestions. I don't want to have to reformat the computer to get it fixed. Right now I am very disgusted with Media Creator and sorry I ever bought and installed it. I wish I could return it for a refund, but can't take it back to the store since I have installed it.
