There has never been a more hassell ridden bunch of software. Not only does this software when installed create issues with my PC in many ways that make it dysfuntional, now that I have followed the instructions per this site I am unable to re install this very software. I get an invalid CD Key prompt and now I have two more $70 coasters There really should be a law.

I have the same problem. I cannot re-install the program on my new computer. I would like Roxio to take a few minutes and call me on my phone. I dont use coasters so I will toss them in the garbage after Jan 1. I will also tell all my computer friends in my community(540 homes) not to buy any Roxio product.
PS: If you only need to make CD/ DVD's from pictures and videos, I found a 19$ program that works great(slideshow expressions from individualsoftware.com.
