I just bought the EMC8 and want to record my Tivo-to Go programs off the Hard drive. I keep getting a message syaing "Enter Playback Password". Tivo says it's a problem with the software. Any help would be appreciated

Type "Tivo" into the search box, and you will get lots of hits.
