I know there are copyright issues on burning certain downloaded programming - but I'm not going there.

Tell me what you see with this screen shot

You can see I have a couple that are able to be edited.

But check the "Attributes" section of the Oprah Winfrey (not mine - the wife's laugh.gif ) recording - the 0x0 pixels and such.

Is this what you would expect to see on a copyrighted program? The other files in the screen shot can be pulled up and edited. BTW - The Oprah was recorded from my HD local channel.

Thanks for any input....

Andy W.

From a suggestion from another forum page I downloaded a trial version of VideoRedo and gave it a shot at the files that weren't editable by Roxio - this program opened the ones I had pointed out above - so it's not a question of copyright is it?

I love Roxio's editing capabilities but it seems to be hit or miss with TiVo files. Am I the only one having this problem?

Thanks for any input....
