I would like to know how to re-download the EMC 8 when I cannot find my order. I did find the Credit Card receipt where it was charged. My computer crashed and I lost the Photosuite 8 that I downloaded. It has been so long that it no longer recognizes my CC# It was in Oct,2005. When my computer crashed I had my e-mail changed and I did change it at Roxio. Has anyone had this problem if so how did you fix it? Sandy

I have contacted the support group, and since I did not back it up I am out of luck. That taught me not to download without getting a cd back-up. Just lost my money and would not recommend downloading any product. Always buy the software. I did have my Credit Card # and a download number, but they are useless. Live and Learn the hard way. I would never buy from them again.

Sorry to hear that you disagree with a standard practice for many companies. Good bye.
