I have a new HP Pavilian desktop.  It has Lightscribe DVD Super Multi Drive / CD Writer.  When I am using MyDVD 9 that came with this machine to create a DVD, I have noticed that the DVD is not getting finalized.  The symptom is that I can use the DVD in a DVD player, but if I put it in any machined with DVD drive, it gets an Unknown DVD message.  On the same machine, I used a couple of other applications to burn a sample DVD, and did not have the problem.

I don't see any configuration option for finalizing the DVD so I am not sure what to do.

BTW, I am using TDK DVD+R 8x DVDs during the burning.

If you are using MyDVD there is no choice as it Finalizes whatever it burns…

I think you are simply guessing at a problem instead of listing details???
