CRUNCH stops working when you load DVD or file (Windows)

I have installed Crunch using windows vista and it takes a while (to the point it will stopp working when I click on "Add Movies") and then it will instanly stop working when (if it does work) I click on the OK button to load the files after i have selected them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
