hi
  when i tray burn in mydvd, nothing hapend, dont open a window, nothing, i finish the proyect whit no problem but when push burn, nothing....... please help
mi system is vista 32
2 gb ram, hp

thanks james, i remove all roxio and sonic whit cleanup utility, i have to follow the next step showme in the page where you sendme, sorry for my ignorance, but i dont want make mistake.....thanks

ok i install again, follow the process and still have the same problem, and have problem whit video copy & convert error "could not open dvdchecklib" and another whit convert divx to dvd error "dvdvr component not instantiated"   please  helpme i have 3 days tray fixed by i makeme crazy uffffffff.  thanks.

I have never personally seen these errors, so I cannot really help…

Still the fact that 2 programs are throwing the same error of missing files, leans toward an install problem.

I would Print the clean install procedure so it can be followed step by step. If you are skipping anything in there you are skipping the solution!

thanks again james, i go to follow the process the clean and install again, but i open the page for install for xp windows i have vista 32 bits, and from the HP when i buy is coming whit creator 9 basic, you know where i cant find the instruccion for clean the 9 basic in vista?

You will have to contact HP on this! I have no idea if the Basic V9 is compatible with Vista. (in the Suite there is a 9.1 update for Vista but none for Basic)

I will also take the liberty of getting this moved to the V9 forum area…
