lightscribe problems

hello, had  8.2 for over year,  now pull up pictures and such press print for maddog lightscribe and just  black on preview of disc, tried  lightscribe, etches nothing but a dark color, what's wrong?    yezda

Try updating/replacing the Lightscribe system drivers from their site and run their diagnosis program.

Tell us about your video card/chip.  What is it, have you updated the drivers for that and also DirectX 9.  

Are you using/trying to use IE 7 and/or WMP 11?  If so, roll those back to the previous version.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
