Is the download function not working on the Roxio site? Everytime you try and download a software update it downloads the default.htm and not the update. Anyone know where on the site to find the "Live Chat" link?

Just tried two different downloads, both ok.
The "Live Chat" link option only shows when it's available, which is during their normal business hours.

If you have a pop-up blocker on, turn it off temporarily - it's a pop-up.
If you have an ad-blocker on, turn it off temporarily - at least it used to have an ad in it (for the latest Version).
If those don't work, turn the firewall off for a moment until it starts downloading and/or try a different browser (like FireFox instead of Internet Explorer).
