I have Windows Vista, an HP1315 all-in-one printer, and of course, Roxio Easy Creator 9. With Roxio, I am able to make cd's and dvd's with absolutely no problem. The problem comes when I want to print out a case insert. I get it all together looking just like I want it, and on the label creator print page at the very bottom it says "print test page, help, ok, cancel." The "help and cancel" are highlighted, but the "print test page and ok" are not. As a result, I am unable to print the insert. I don't know if the source of the problem is Vista, my printer, or hopefully not, Roxio. I'm hoping there's a genius out there that can help me with this kind of a strange situation. Thanks alot.

I have the exact same problem with Label Creator. It was working fine until I installed my new HP Photosmart C5280. I have recently bought Sure Thing and I am printing labels on dvds and creating inserts with ease. I love EMC9 for creating my dvds and burning, but Sure Thing lives up to its name. You should try it out!!

Sure Thing is a labeling program. Check it out here! What software came with your printer? Mine came with roxio express labeler but it was a cut down version and since I wasn't having success with the Label Creater that came with EMC9, I decided to check out the "upgrade" option that came with the printer software. The upgrade brought me to the Sure Thing website. It only cost me something like $25 to upgrade so I did and I am so happy about it. Check out the site. You can also do a free trial of the software. I did that first to see if I liked it, and then bought it immediately. They also have forums, similar to these, if you have any questions. It is a great product!!

Thanks alot for the info. Looks pretty neat. I downloaded the free trial. Now if I can just figure out how to use it. I took it so far and then I don't know what to do next. I'll take the time and hopefully figure it out. I bought the Roxio program and installed it. Thanks again.

Not that any of us would know or concern ourselves with what Chris and Rachel said to each other in PMs.
