Unable to access files saved to Tivo

With TIVO and Toast 8, yesterday I was able to access my saved shows on TIVO and copy to my iMac. Today I cannot although I can see them saved on the DVR. There is a red circle with the line going through it for all shows i recorded since yesterday. As such, the software will not copy to my iMac. Any ideas why and how I can fix?

Have you tried going into the Tivo and resetting it? That fixed my issues, as I recall its is found in the Settings somewhere. Takes about 10 minutes for it to shut itself down and reboot. Afterwards everything worked as normal for my transfers.
