Someone split this post from a different one so it is standing out like a sore thumb.
I gather that you bought something Roxio and when you went to register it, you couldn't. What did you buy and where did you buy it from (e-bay ?) You will have to contact Roxio support; we can't help you on these forums and the Roxio moderator seldom shows up.
Click the "Support" at the top right side of this page. You might want to try sales support if you bought the program boxed, or directly from Roxio. If you got it via another way, contact that person/store.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I'd just like to try to load the software. The site that I was downloading from crashed during my order. I did get the e-mail with the key code but have no idea where to go to use it. If there's anyone out there that has it, please let me know.
