I have recently bought Easy Media Creator 7 (The Digital Media Suite) - I cannot access Sound editor and Photo Suite. Do I have to download (if so where) it or are they not available with this Basic VCD version.

Thanks

They aren't available with the Basic version, which is a free version of the software that came with computers and DVD burners. If you paid for it, you were ripped off and should try to get your money back.

Did you get it from e-Bay?

There are many different OEM versions out there.....yours may have them features or may not, only the OEM provider knows what is included....were did you purchase it.

Open up Creator Classic then Help> About Creator Classic and tell us the version you have.

Yes - and I guessed as much - so I have already sent the guy a request for the money back.

Thanks

As I said earlier there are many out there, here is just one that looks like yours:

and it has the programs that yours does not have (maybe).
