i use easy audio capture to record music off the internet. after i record a clip i have it go to sound editor so that i can edit it. the problem is that i cannot seem to save the clip. my capture settings is wav and i save to my hard drive. the clip in the hard drive is fine , it's the clip in sound editor that i acnnot find.
i hope this is clear; explaining this stuff is not easy.
can someone give me a step by step proceedure that i can follow that can allow me to safely save my clips in sound editor.

Don't save, export.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
