Media Manager

Can anyone tell me how to stop media manager from trying to install or how to disable it from installing?

How do you know it is installing? Do you mean running? If so, click on the Windows Start button, click on Run, then type in msconfig in the text box. Click ok, then on the next screen, click on the Startup Tab, and uncheck the RoxWatch... box. Click on Apply, the OK.

Reboot your computer, and put a check in the box in the lower left corner of the popup box that you see, once Windows loads. You won't get that popup box the next time you boot up.
