I purchased Easy Media Creator 10 suite from Sonic Solutions through the Roxio web site as an upgrade for 9.  I installed the copy of 9 on the replacement computer and then installed 10.  After the install of 10 completed I removed 9.  I then tryed to register it and the screen called me a "0" and told be I should be a "1".  Then I tryed to register it on line through the web site and the site told me to try later.  I have yet to find a way to talk to a live person.  Roxie is a wast of time. angry.gif   Wat a rip off.

It doesn't sound like you're asking for help but in the odd case you are, post back more specific info on your error and the specs of your system and we'll try to help the best we can.
