There does not seem anywhere to post this, so I will do it here. I have tried sending messages to so-called administrators but they do not reply.
How do I change my email address? 'My Controls' has no such option.

Go to http://www.roxio.com/REGISTRATION/login.as...%2fDefault.aspx and login then go to your profile. You should be able to make changes there.
